Non-Refundable Items

Because digital products can be duplicated easily, we must strictly enforce this to protect our content creators and business.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you’re eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once, we will be happy to issue a refund for the duplicate transaction, provided the item hasn’t been accessed more than once.

Technical Issues

Can’t access or install your product? If a technical issue is preventing you from using your purchase, we encourage you to first contact our support team. We’re happy to help resolve any issues before processing a refund. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will issue a full refund.

Chargebacks and Disputes

We kindly ask that you reach out to us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Most issues can be resolved quickly by our support team, and we’re always willing to work with customers in good faith.

Please note that initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension or the loss of access to future purchases from Digital Chill Mart.

Refunds for Subscription-Based Products

If you purchased a subscription (such as a monthly or annual digital service), you may request a refund within 7 days of your first charge—as long as the product or service has not been fully accessed or utilized.

We do not typically issue refunds for recurring payments after the initial period unless required by law.

For example, customers in the European Union may have up to 14 days to cancel a digital goods purchase under certain conditions.
